Important details about our advertised prices, fees, vehicle information, financing, and availability.

Last updated: [effective date]

This page is a general-information template, not legal advice. It should be reviewed by a licensed California attorney before the dealership relies on it.

Pricing & fees

Advertised prices are the total price we will accept for a vehicle before applicable government fees and taxes. As required by California Vehicle Code §11713.1, any advertised price excludes only the following, which are additional:

Plus government fees and taxes, any finance charges, any dealer document processing charge, any electronic filing charge, and any emission testing charge.

The dealer document processing charge, electronic filing/registration charge, and any emission testing charge are not government fees. Prices are subject to change and to prior sale, and may contain errors; please confirm the current price with us.

Vehicle availability

All vehicles are subject to prior sale. When we advertise a vehicle at a specific price and have limited quantity, the number available at that price is disclosed in the listing. Availability is not guaranteed until a purchase is completed.

Vehicle information

Specifications, equipment, mileage, photographs, and vehicle-history information (including third-party reports such as CARFAX) are provided for general information, are believed accurate but not guaranteed, and may contain errors or omissions. Photos may be illustrative. Please verify any detail that matters to you with us in person, and consider an independent inspection before purchase. Used vehicles are sold subject to the warranty information shown on the FTC Buyers Guide displayed on the vehicle; many used vehicles are sold “as is” where permitted by law.

Financing & payment estimates

Payment and APR figures shown on this site are estimates for illustration only. They are not an offer or guarantee of credit, financing, or any particular rate or term. Actual terms depend on the lender, your credit, the vehicle, and other factors, and the governing rate, terms, and disclosures are provided in your finance contract at the time of sale (Truth in Lending Act / Regulation Z). We arrange financing through third-party lenders.

Your rights as a buyer

California’s Car Buyer’s Bill of Rights gives retail purchasers of certain used vehicles the option to buy a two-day cancellation option agreement; ask us for details and eligibility. This does not, by itself, give an automatic right to cancel a purchase.

Licensing
