This page is a general-information template, not legal advice. It should be reviewed by a licensed California attorney before the dealership relies on it.

Our commitment

Palace Autos is committed to making its website accessible to people with disabilities, consistent with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the California Unruh Civil Rights Act. We want every visitor to be able to find a vehicle, get information, and reach us.

Standard we follow

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we work to maintain and improve conformance over time. Some areas we focus on include:

  • Semantic structure, headings, and landmarks for screen readers.
  • Full keyboard operability and visible focus indicators.
  • Descriptive alt text for vehicle photos and meaningful link text.
  • Sufficient color contrast and support for reduced-motion preferences.
  • Labeled, accessible forms with clear error messages.

Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some content — particularly third-party tools, maps, or embedded media — may not yet be fully accessible. We are working to address these, and we welcome your feedback.
